PRIVACY POLICY

We do not collect account credentials such as usernames or passwords. We do not collect any information about your books, manuscripts, or other content. We do not collect or store any prompts you enter into the tool.

The Service itself is a standalone HTML file, and we do not collect information from your use of the tool, and we do not collect your API keys or the prompts you enter.

Free trial. We offer a one-time, one-book free trial of the Service. The trial does not require a payment method and we do not collect any payment details for it. During the trial the Service accesses the AI provider using our own provider credentials, and we cover that usage cost. Because the trial runs on our credentials, we do not receive, keep, or have access to any API key from you during the trial. Once you purchase the Service, you supply and pay for your own API keys for Anthropic and Google Gemini (through Google AI Studio) as described in Section 7, and we do not receive, store, or have access to those keys. This Policy describes three things we do collect: information from your visit to our sales page (Section 6), the name and email address you provide when you buy (below), and confirmation of payment status.

When you visit our sales page, we and our third-party providers automatically collect information about your visit using cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view, how you interact with those pages, and the website or advertisement you arrived from. See Section 6 for the technologies we use and the choices available to you.

When you make a purchase, we collect the name and email address you provide. This information is required to complete your purchase, deliver the product and any updates to it, provide customer support, and keep records of the transaction. If you do not provide a name and email address, we cannot process your order or deliver the product.

We also receive a confirmation of payment status from our third-party payment providers. Full payment details, such as credit card or other payment information, are processed and stored by the payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna, under their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive or store your full payment card details.

The regular price for the Service is $199 USD. We currently offer the Service at an introductory price of $97 USD. We may change our prices from time to time, and an introductory, promotional, or discounted price may end or change at any time. The price that applies to your purchase is the price displayed and accepted at checkout at the time you place your order, and that price governs over any price stated in these Terms or in this Policy.

We send two different kinds of email, and they work differently.

(a) Transactional and service emails. When you make a purchase, we email you to confirm your order, deliver the product and access details, provide receipts, send important notices about the product or these policies, and respond to your support requests. These emails are part of the purchase you made, so they are sent to the email address you provide and cannot be unsubscribed from while your purchase relationship with us is active.

(b) Tips, product updates and news. We may also send you practical tips for using the Service and for creating A+ Content, notices about product updates, new features and improvements, and news about our products and services. We send these only with your consent, which you give separately — for example, by opting in at checkout or by signing up through a form on our website. Giving this consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You can buy the Service without agreeing to receive these emails, and declining will not affect your purchase or your use of the Service.

Every such email we send includes a working one-click unsubscribe link, our company name, our physical postal mailing address, and a clear statement that the message is a commercial email. Unsubscribe requests are processed automatically and take effect immediately. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed, or contact us at support@aplusauthorstudio.com to unsubscribe or to ask us to delete your email address at any time.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your email address or any other personal information, and we do not share your email address with other companies for their own marketing. We do not send third-party advertising.

We may add or change the ways you can share your email address with us in the future, such as through additional sign-up forms or offers. If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy and will collect and use your email address only as described here.

We use the information we collect to process and fulfill your purchase, deliver the product and any updates, provide customer support, keep transaction records, and send you emails as described in Section 4, including tips, product updates and news where you have opted in.

We also use information collected from your visit to our sales page to understand how visitors find and use our website, to measure and improve the performance of our sales page and our advertising, to keep our website secure and working properly, and — where permitted and subject to your choices under Section 6 — to follow up with visitors who have shown interest in our products.

For the free trial we cover the cost of the AI provider usage ourselves; after the trial, or after any purchase, that cost is yours.

We do not create or deliver customized A+ Content on your behalf. You generate content yourself using the tool and maintain full control over any output you create.

Our sales page uses cookies, pixels, tags and similar tracking technologies. Our software tool does not. The tool remains a standalone HTML file and does not contain cookies or tracking of any kind.

The technologies running on our sales page are:

• Visitor identification and website automation (data.processwebsitedata.com). This script identifies visitors to our sales page, records the pages and sessions associated with each visitor, and associates that activity with contact details. It allows us to see which businesses and individuals are visiting the site and to follow up with visitors who have shown interest in our products where permitted.
• Microsoft Clarity. A behavioural analytics tool that records how visitors interact with our sales page, including session recordings, mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and heatmaps. This helps us find and fix usability problems. Clarity is provided by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft's privacy statement is available at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
• Meta Pixel. An advertising tool operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. It measures the performance of our advertising, helps us show ads to people who have visited our site, and shares information about your visit with Meta. Meta's privacy policy is available at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

These technologies collect information about your visits and activity on our sales page. Some of that information is shared with the third-party providers that operate these tools, and those providers may use it for their own purposes under their own privacy policies. We do not control the information those providers collect once it is shared with them.

Your choices. You can block, restrict or delete cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings or by using browser extensions. You can opt out of Microsoft Clarity and control Meta advertising through Meta's ad settings and the industry opt-out tools available for your region. Where required by law, we honour browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals. Blocking these technologies will not affect your ability to purchase or use the software tool.

Consent. Where required by law — including for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland — we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies and other tracking technologies, and we will not set them until you have given it. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on our sales page or by contacting us.

Sensitive information. Session recording and analytics tools may capture how you interact with our pages. We instruct our providers to mask sensitive fields, and you should not enter payment card details or other sensitive information anywhere except in our designated payment forms.
